A Mother’s Day Poem
Another holiday
This time for mothers
But some grieve
Some were abandoned
Some abused
Some abased
Some neglected
Perhaps she is gone
It’s too soon to celebrate again
Then there is the miscarriage
The still born
The fatal accident
The infertility
Hurt and anger
The addiction
The guilt
The brokenness
What then to celebrate
Motherhood
Without it, there is no life at all
What a raw and real account of motherhood. Have a blessed weekend #fmffriend. Xoxo
