Artist’s Dilemma

Just a dab’l do ya
Or will it do ya in
A spot of paint can spread awry
Destroy the image in one’s eye
Every drop of perspiration
Dampened by a single stroke
Do I start anew
It’s only paint and paper Quadrill Monday, late. The word is “dab”

Maybe you take the spread paint … create something unique, brand new. A lovely poem.

  2. And when the dabs align you have art.

i think this may have been meant for De’s quadrille prompt, but no worries.

That’s the beauty of art – you can always start again! Love this, Mary.
