Assurance

Maybe its dreams, schemes
Or last night’s
Late night’s ice cream

I know

Some see visions–reality revisioned
Language and aura mingle with horror
Birthing words, a melody heard
A web neatly spun
Tempt gullible ones

With

Scintillating, stimulating
Articulating, mischief making
Unexplainable, untraceable
Origins

A single tone
A bagpipe drone
Are poets clones

I cannot prove this daily
Conclave
But my faith is in
His empty grave

Missed the prompt time for dverse, posting this late.

Let your words ring out. Making sounds with words.

About Mary (tqhousecat)

I am a wife and a mother of two grown children. I love Jesus and sharing my faith through written words. I currently have a poetry blog and also write on medium.com. My main focus is hope in Christ. I only wish that whoever reads this will be blessed, inspired and occasionally amused.
