A Love Worth Giving

Just wait till next year
I’ll be fearless
I’ll be traveling light
Just wait

Just wait till next year
Me, myself and lies will
Will have a great divorce
Just wait

Just wait till next year
With my heart in the right place
So long insecurity
Just wait

Just wait till next year
With Jesus who is more than a carpenter
And trench buddies behind me
Just wait

Late with the prompt and no time so I’m reposting from 2016. Turning book titles from my shelf into poetry.

About Mary (tqhousecat)

I am a wife and a mother of two grown children. I love Jesus and sharing my faith through written words. I currently have a poetry blog and also write on medium.com. My main focus is hope in Christ. I only wish that whoever reads this will be blessed, inspired and occasionally amused.
