Total Vision

Men peer through optic spyglass
Light and mirrors
Curves and angles
Looking for answers
Of God and angels

A throne…a metaphor?
Nay, one seat alone
From a place of rest
Above this earth we call home
He spies His creation
And considers….

And perhaps a bit of mirth
of laughter…
yet bittersweet

No king is saved
No man delivered
No horse so strong
But God’s eye alone
Sees he who fears
His name and hopes
In mercy’s scope

Total bend towards Him
In our earthly plight
Gains total salvation
A keener sight
For light from within
Now shines more clear
Through every lens
In our atmosphere

About Mary (tqhousecat)

I am a wife and a mother of two grown children. Recently I have begun writing a couple of blogs. One poetry and one on hope. I only wish that whoever reads this will be blessed, inspired and occasionally amused. Soon to be added is another blog...writings on hope from a biblical perspective. Now it can be seen at please feel free to visit.
