Repetitive Voices

Are you listening
Do you hear
Through Autumn’s gusts
And Winter’s gale
Are you listening?
Do you hear?
In Spring’s renewal on a dare
Or languid hush of summer’s air
Are you listening?
Do you hear?
The seasons know of hope’s revival
And Earth’s survival
Oh to listen!
Oh to hear!
What echoes from whence life began
Our hope continues by another’s hand
dVerse prompt for Thursday is repetition. Missed it. I will post it again on an open link.

About Mary (tqhousecat)

I am a wife and a mother of two grown children. I love Jesus and sharing my faith through written words. I currently have a poetry blog and also write on medium.com. My main focus is hope in Christ. I only wish that whoever reads this will be blessed, inspired and occasionally amused.

“Our hope continues by another’s hand” – love this. Your use of repetition is very effective here.
